Refunds

We at The Game Key Store pride ourselves on our fair refund policy. We believe you should be able to purchase an item from our website without worrying about a key not arriving or not working and being refused a refund over something that was out of your hands. That is why we offer a refund guarantee for all of our customers.

What is your refund guarantee?

If your key arrives used, or doesnt arrive at all. We offer a free same day replacement or refund through our support. 

What if I change my mind after a purchase?

If you change your mind after purchasing from us, we may be able to give you a refund. If they key has not been activated, we may be able to give you a refund. If your key has been activated, this will be reviewed on a case by case basis. If the game is the incorrect game, has missing content, or is in a different language then you are within our refund guarantee, and the code being used doesn't impact your eligibility for a refund.

I have purchased a key in the wrong region. Can I recieve a refund?

If they key is unused, then we may be able to refund your purchase or offer an exchange.

I have used the wrong email, can I recieve a refund?

We can not offer a refund if you have used a wrong email to purchase from us. We can still see the key on our end and give you the key that you have purchased, however as the email will have gone to someone else, we will not be able to offer a refund.
