Is delivery instant?
For the most part, yes. The average delivery is instant. If you do not have your key within 15 minutes, make sure to check your spam folder. If your key isn't in your spam, please contact our support.
Can I redeem a key from a region where I do not live?
No. Make sure to check that your key is market RoW (Rest of World), or Region Free, or it is redeemable in the region you live. If a key has been purchased in the wrong region we may be able to work on a key exchange. However we cannot offer a refund on used keys.
What is your refund policy?
If your key hasn't arrived we offer a money back guarantee which can get you a new key or a refund. If you have purchased a key in the wrong region we may be able to give you a refund if the key is unused. If your key has been redeemed we cannot offer a refund. Please contact our support to inquire on refunding a product.
Do I have to create an account to purchase from The Game Key Store?
Accounts are completely optional. We do not require you to confirm a phone number or confirm an email address.
How are keys delivered?
Your key is delivered to the email that you signed up for The Game Key Store with. We do not offer refunds to users using fake emails to make accounts with us.
Do you have an affiliate program or do sponsorships?
We do have an affiliate program. If you wish to sell on behalf of The Game Key Store with your own link to recieve a commision. You can contact us at thegamekeystore@thetechborder.com. If you wish to enquire about sponsorships, you can contact us at thegamekeystore@thetechborder.com also.
Why are there so many variations of the same game?
Because certain games are only available on certain platforms, or certain countries, we have marked each individual listing to prevent the games keys being unusable for certain people.
What is an altergift?
An altergift is when you recieve a link to add someone on steam, who will gift you the game rather than recieving the key.
Where do you get your keys?
We have a wide range of suppliers around the world. That purchase the items from the developers during the games release and sales.
What is a gift?
A gift is when an item can be activated to your account without a key.
How does your company store my data?
Your data is completely safe with us. We will never share it with a third party, excluding your email address may be stored for us to send you our newsletter.
Are there any products that aren't instant?
There are a few products that may have less than a 3 hour wait. Products worth more than 250$ may take longer to process, however, most of the time they will go through straight away.
